Suggestion on whether to repeat AS or carry forward

Hi! I'm a business management student, subjects: Econ, Business, Accounting
I've completed my A1 in Pakistan(CIE exam board)but this month we moved to the UK
as there's difference in exam boards, I considered repeating A Levels but I turn 18 this January
My AS grades were:
Business A(A in p1, B in p2)
Economics A(both components)
Accounting B(both components)
I did not opt for math previous year which closes down my career pathway to limited options so I intented to take A levels math as well this year if I repeated A1
Im really lost on how I should proceed now, any advice would be highly appreciated!
