'your residence in the UK and Islands must not have been, during any part of the period referred to in paragraph (c), wholly or mainly for the purpose of receiving full-time education'

Does this mean I would not meet the criteria if I was in full time education in the last 3 years regardless if it was the purpose of my stay. I was born here so I did not come here mainly for full time education.

Hi there,

When did you return to the UK and when does your course start? Thanks, Jason

I was born in the UK and have lived here all my life but I’m not a citizen. I have indefinite leave to remain in the uk. My course will start September 2024.

Thanks. That section is referring to people moving to the UK for study purposes only. So this wouldn't affect you as you've not moved here for the purpose of study. Thanks, Jason
