For those students that applied at Lancaster how hard is it to get a offer, and how were the offers like?

Finance at Lancaster went into Clearing in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. That would suggest that the course is normally undersubscribed, and that they are likely to make suitably qualified applicants an offer.

Note that in 2023 they were accepting BBB via Clearing (source). That would suggest that even though they ask for ABB, they'd accept candidates achieving BBB.

Both daughters applied. Eldest for physics with particle physics 2020, she got an unconditional offer at interview (she was predicted A*A*A*A). Youngest for Zoology for 2023 and she got an offer of ABB (predicted ABC and EPQ). The youngest decided to do a gap year, eldest accepted. It really does vary in the degree. They reduced the youngests offer from AAB to ABB.
