UoL College Hall catered en-suite room for 23/24 starting December
Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my en-suite, catered room at College Hall (40 weeks @ 332.43 per week). I'm looking to give it up since I'll be studying abroad next semester.
The room has a small double bed, a bathroom, a large study desk and lots of storage. The accommodation is catered so you won't be sharing any kitchens but there are pantries available with fridges, microwaves and sinks. All bills, Wi-Fi and Breakfast, brunch and dinner are included in the rent.
The accommodation is right next to UCL and a short bus ride from KCL and LSE. It’s in a great neighbourhood with the British Museum just down the road. Soho and Covent Garden is also just a short walk south.
The contract ends 22/06/2024 and the earliest takeover date would be December 17. You'll need to be a full-time student at a UoL uni.
