How hard is it to find an employer to do my acca in London with a 2:1 from Greenwich uni

Depends. What was your degree subject? Do you have the right to work in the UK?

It would be fine! The name of your university doesn't necessarily make a huge difference for accounting job applications. Thats not to say you shouldn't aim for a well known university as it might matter, but it isn't a career path like law and banking where its very important.
