I don’t know my CRN and have tried all telephone numbers and call button options and none allow me to speak to someone - they all ask for my CRN! My old email has been hacked and I’m unable to access it to reset my details and I have no documents with my CRN.

I'm very sorry to hear about that. I'm assuming you don't have any old entitlement letters? If not, you can call 0300 100 0607 and select 'Password Reset' and you should get through to an advisor, just mention to them you don't have the CRN and they should be able to locate the account a different way.
