I am studying A level and will be joining Uni in 2024. I am an EU national, however I haven't been living in the EU or UK for the past 3 years but my parents have been living in UK for more than 3 years. will I be able to apply for student finance and get a loan. Any advice or info will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You should be eligible for support in that case however, this can only be confirmed when you apply. You should be applying as an EU student for the Tuition Fee Loan only.
