How likely is it that ill get an offer from UCL

I want to apply to neuroscience at UCL but and mt predicted are A*BE and my school is being so annoying because they dont want to change my grade. I got A* in maths B in biology and e in chemistry. What's the chances I get any offer

Pretty near zero I would say, as above. The standard offer is AAA, and even if you meet the contextual criteria the contextual offer is AAB and specifies the As must be in chemistry and a second science. The fact your lowest grade is in chemistry, which they explicitly require an A in even from contextual applicants, will probably kill any chances you have really.

Honestly I'd not recommend applying to UCL in that case. Even with a B in chemistry and A*A in maths and bio I think the above might make your application borderline.
