How about BSc Psychology with Foundation Year at University of Sheffield?

(I suspect what you're actually looking for are high quality Psychology degrees - with a foundation year or otherwise - which match whatever your predicted grades are. But that's not the question you asked.)

Firstly ignore the Russell Group. It is a marketing thing and is meaningless.

Secondly be careful over foundation years. Universities dont usually accept students onto their main courses who have taken foundation courses elsewhere. If you are aiming to do a foundation year somewhere expect to do your degree there.

You dont say why you are taking a foundation year but generally you are better off taking a gap year than taking a foundation year. Taking a foundation year is an extra years loan, gives you less flexibility with universities and counts as your bonus year for student finance. If you then change your mind you will need to self finance your first year.
