Is this weird?
There's this girl PT at my gym who I've spoken to a few times and every time she's there and I train she comes over and talks to me for the rest of my session. She has shown me her Insta page a few times but has never actually asked me to follow it. If I follow the page will it be a bit weird to do so.

If you've had several conversations with this PT and she's voluntarily shown you her Instagram page, it's likely that she'd be open to you following her. It's a subtle way to show interest and get to know her better without being too forward.
