Tenancy Take-Over: Ensuite Room available in Nottingham!

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Straits Village! The building was recently built so it's relatively clean and nice, it's nearby Nottingham city centre (close to Market Square, 5 min away from the Victoria centre.)

[Room Type]
Standard Ensuite (Single room with personal, private Bathroom) + Shared Kitchen with up to 6 people maximum, usually within mixed genders however the rooms are separated pretty well.

[Fee Details]
£173 per week, 48 weeks duration, starts from 2023/09/16 til 2024/08/17. If you decide to take over and move in, the fee you pay will be re-calculated from the date you move in and will end on 2024/08/17. (For example, if you move in on December 20th, the fee you pay will only be calculated from December 20th, 2023, until August 17th, 2024) All Utility Bills such as electricity, water, internet, etc. are included in the fee.
