Can I Get an earlir SFE maintanance payment?
Hello, I'm going into first year undergrad from a foundation year I am taking this year. So would I be able to get an earlier maintenance payment because my first accommodation instalment has to be paid before I move in which is on the 1st of August, which I would not be able to cover.

We will only bring first instalment forward in very extreme circumstances i.e. an estranged student who needs to secure accommodation and this must be within 30 days of the first day of term. To apply for this you will need to complete a Financial Hardship form which you can access if you call us on 0300 100 0607 or start a live chat through your online account. This will then be around 2-3 weeks to review.
