Changing module after reference is added (UCAS)

One of the modules for my HNC is incorrect, I have not yet submitted the application but if I try to change it a message comes up about my reference already being complete.

Any ideas on what to do?

Check with your school/college to see if they have actually pushed the button to send it to UCAS - if they haven't then you can ask them to return it to you so you can correct the modules. If it has gone to UCAS, then you can use this online form to correct any quals details - Request to amend qualifications listed on your application | | UCAS
