Film Studies - Offers?
I've not sent my UCAS off yet, but I was wondering if anyone has any offers from any of the decent unis doing film, and what kind of grades you need to get? I've looked on various uni boards on here, but not many people seem to be doing film, so thought I'd start a thread on this board.
My application has just been approved so could be sent tomorrow. I think I'm the only one in my year applying for film so I can't help you with any news of offers.
From what I've seen you need mainly Bs with maybe a C or two. It isn't as academically challenging as most subjects by way of meeting requirements.
For Leicester, I need 3 C and 2 B. Aberdeen I have to achieve 4B and same with Dundee. I'm also applying as a joint degree twice at St Andrews, so I need AABB-ABBB. These are Scottish Highers, so you probably require one less grade than me.

East Anglia, BBB
My offers so far for film.
Kent - film and history - 320 points, for me that's BB plus C in AS classics, as I already have 2 other as-levels grade C.
