online friend finding is hard

Hi so I have one online friend that I met through omegele which was pretty lucky seeing as it was from omegle.
Are their any apps or websites that are easy to make friends online? I dont mind if its from my own country or a different one. I want to find somewhere that is known for making friends rather than dating.

Best luck is probably discord server of whatever game/ show you're into.
Any places meant for "finding friends" will inevitably being plagued with guys hoping for a chance.

Not sarcasm.
Reddit has a lot of students and adults keen to make new friends who regularly post & reply on the friendships or penpal threads.
