Well, try to decide. Compare them. Do you have a clear idea of what you want to do post-university and if so, which one of those two degrees will help you more? Do you like the location of one more than the other? Which one has the better accommodation? Which one has the cheapest accommodation? Does one of them have more societies than the other? Have you visited them and see if there's something you prefer one over the other?
