Is it normal for my traumatic past to come haunting back 12 years later?
Like first it was about 5 years ago leaving college and now after a long while of getting over that, bullying from 12 years ago and being bullied in year 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. I left that school 7 years ago and I was glad.
Yeh sadly if it isn’t always addressed close to the time it can come back in the future. Mabye speak to someone about it if u feel u r able to that always helps me. Take care
