Radiographer —-> Radiologist

I am going through the longer route by doing Diagnostic Radiography at Uni (starting in September) and then once I have finished with this degree, I am wanting to become a radiologist. Can anyone let me know how I could become it from doing a radiography course.

You can't. You would need to do a medicine degree and then specialise as a radiologist.
As above radiology is a medical specialty so you need to do a medical degree, complete the foundation programme then enter run through specialty training in radiology.

Some radiographers do report scans as well like radiologists but this tends to be for a specific area and usually x,rays I gather rather than e.g. MRIs or similar.

If your goal is to be a radiologist you need to he looking at routes into medical school. Bear in mind though you will need to study the whole of medicine in the medical degree then work across the whole of medicine for 2 years as a foundation doctor. So you need to be motivated for the full range of it!
