Job interview

Hi got a interview for a band 2 health care assisting in ultrasound /radiology what will they ask me .I already work in the hospital Settings for over 3 years looking for other opportunities will it be based about me or what the radiologist /sonographers/radiographers do as I applied to be assistants.
