Ospap 2025

Hello, I'm planning to apply for the ospap 2025 intake. Can anyone pls tell me the list of certificates/documents that i need to submit with the Gphc for verification. I know its available on the Gphc website but just wanted to make sure that i dont miss anything!🤕
Btw , I'm applying from India .
