Hi, if you are concerned with a lecturer's behaviour, you (and the affected student if possible) should be able to take the issue to higher management such as a year coordinator, university welfare team, or your students union.

If the lecturer's negative behaviour and attitude towards others persist, you must speak to an academic advisor or the student services to seek guidance.
Such actions are unacceptable thus course coordinators, directors and other heads of management must be immediately informed.
Please don't let the lecturer's behaviour discourage you from learning. Remember why you wanted to study this course in the first place.
