Struggling with A level Psychology

I'm in year 13 and do Edexcel psychology at A level, and as most people do AQA, there aren't a lot of online resources, my teacher isn't the best and I've tried contacting some tutors but they all tutor for the AQA exam board (and if they are familiar with Edexcel, it's extremely expensive). I know that it is possible to do well in psychology given that it's mostly a memory game, but it also means that you can get an extended response question for any topic, and so preparing essays for every topics takes so much time. I want to get an A or A*, but I don't know what to do and feel so overwhelmed (especially as I have to commute for around 1.5 hours to school).

Does anyone have any advice?
