Masters in Adult nursing

Hi everyone,

I am studying mental health nursing(bsc) , but an opportunity has come up and my boyfriend might be relocating to either the US or Canada and he wants me to go with him, if his plans work out.

I started researching and it seems that I may not be able to practice nursing in the US, with my UK Mental health nursing degree. So, I am wondering if I decide to do a further 18 months course in adult nursing, after I finish my mental health degree. Does anyone know, if this will help? Does it mean I will be able to practice as an adult nurse in the US, or even in the UK?

Someone please help me. Thanks in advance
