Hello everyone,

Do they not like being contacted? Is that the reason? I feel like they dont give certificate to people who put query.

I put one after like 7 days of submission as my start date was close. Then one on like 25th day as well. I'm so worried. Because I don't feel like my research is very complicated or anything for it to be be taking this long.

They will not even reply to your emails if 20wd haven't passed https://www.gov.uk/guidance/guidance-on-how-to-apply-for-an-atas-certificate, somewhere (can't find it now) they mentioned that multiple queries cause delays, but i am not sure, maybe they mean that it causes delays in general because they need time to answer all the emails
