Nursing degree after termination
Hello,
I'll keep this question brief, until 2 February 2024, I was a Mental Health Nursing Student at a University in the UK. I passed my first year (and I have the transcript), but I was removed because of my attendance (being the main reason). During my time at this university, I felt victimised by my Personal Tutor (because I am transgendered). However unlikely, this is true.
The University took her word over mine – the grounds for appeal are so limiting that it won’t succeed. I am going to approach the OIA – The question is, is another university likely to accept an application; and allow me to go into the second year (with my transcript)?
