Is this right?

I work in the creative industry and my goal set by my boss is to not make mistakes.

I’ve noticed whenever I make a tiny mistake my colleagues would always call it out to the whole team and also to make my boss aware about it.

I feel like my colleagues are spying on my every move and just telling my boss everything about me.

I show up to work on time, I’m kind, respectable but I feel like I’m being thrown under the bus.

Everyone makes mistakes! My colleague also makes mistakes but they never get in trouble for it.

I don’t make mistakes all the time.

is this right?
