Transferring Entry Requirement

Whilst looking at Universities to transfer to for 2nd Year entry a common theme comes up where they require my A-level results. I did not do well at all in my A-Levels I scrapped a pass. However, in my current degree, I'm achieving a 2:1 and predicted a 1st. If I achieved a 2:1 or a 1st would Universities look past my terrible A-Level grades?
