Yes. BTEC First Awards are designed for that age group, as an alternative to GCSEs.

There are also other BTECs as the same sort of level, but typically aimed at those in post-16 education. There's nothing stopping you starting one of those - as long as you can find a school / college which is happy to teach it to you. (Most colleges are aimed at those doing post-16 education, and may have rules which prevent 15-year-olds from enrolling.)

What type of BTEC are you interested in studying? It should have a "level" in the title or description of the course somewhere. Level 1 and 2 roughly equate to GCSEs (foundation tier and higher tier, respectively), Level 3 roughly equates to A levels, and there are levels beyond that which equate to various years of a university degree. Needless to say, you'll likely want to be focusing on level 1 / level 2 courses, given your age.
