Lifelong learning entitlement

I am over 60 and starting a degree course with the ou in October. I understand I can apply for a loan to cover course fees. I have read that from 2025 the LLE scheme means over 60's will not be eligible for loans. Does that mean that I will only get a loan to cover the first year course fees?
