How will the Lifelong Loan Entitlement affect allied health courses?

Hi, currently allied health courses are funded through SFE even if you have used SFE for a degree before. However, how will this be affected by the Lifelong Loan Entitlement being brought in in 2025?

For example, I completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology. However, I am now looking at training to become a Speech and Language Therapist. Currently, I would be able to get full student finance for the necessary degree regardless of if I went down the post-grad route or undergrad training route. From my understanding, the Lifelong Loan Entitlement will allow people to take out the equivalent of 4 degree level years of student finance over their lifetime. Will there still be exceptions for allied health courses? Otherwise, I would have to fund 1 year of the 2 year SaLT post-grad, or 2 years of the 3 year SaLT undergrad myself.
