Hello, can you help me please! A year ago I started a level 4 beauty course funded by the government at the accredited college. I was recently told that I do not have the right to this diploma because the person who trained me did not tell me that I also need another level 3 diploma in the beauty industry. The problem is that the college does not want to give me the diploma even though I finished the course and the money was delivered to their account by Student Finance, Advance Learner.
