I've noticed when I go through unanswered questions and send answers to some people, a university rep will reply to the person a day or two later with some AI-generated copy of my answer, what's up with that? If there is nothing to add, you do not need to comment or copy someone else's advice.

Most uni reps give good, personal advice which isn't AI generated.
However, as you've observed, this isn't always the case. If you have any specific examples, provide the links to the posts below and I'll pass them so someone at TSR can have a quiet word with them.
