Applying to a Foundation course through clearing

Let’s say worst comes to worst and I don’t achieve the grades I need to meet my conditional offer, could I opt to do a foundation course at a different uni instead through clearing as a “backup”?

Absolutely. If you aren't holding any offers (because you missed the conditions), and there's a course you're interested in which is available via Clearing, then you can apply.

This is the case regardless if whether it's at one of the unis you originally applied to or not, or whether it's a foundation course (or a "with foundation year" course), or not.
Do you mean a Year 0 for a main degree course - or an International Foundation Year?
