Exam strategies (Economics)

My problem is that no matter how good i know the work i mess up to a certain extent on the exam.

I cant really manage the time properly and spend ages on the first question which is a total of 4 marks ( AS-level Economics ) and then have to finish up the last 15 mark questions in 10-15 minutes.
Its probably because of my nerves.

How much time should i spend on each:

-15 multiple choice quiestions ( 1 mark each)
-1. question ( 4 marks)
-2. question (6 marks)
-3. question (15 marks)

total time allowed 1 hr

and is it a good idea to start doing q.3 before q.1?

4 mark and 6 marks should only take about 2-5 mins each.
