Food Technolgy

For food technology I am making a pizza and I have to do some vegetarian pizza toppings.

If anyone has any toppings that they could suggest then that would be really good!

Any kinda of vegetarian toppings... using quorn/tofu, vegetables, anything like that! :P

Peppers - raw or cooked slowly in oil and garlic first
Red onions, spring onions.
Artichoke hearts (supermarket bought, marinated in olive oil) Classic Italian.
Sundried toms
leeks, sweated in olive oil/ butter first.

I'd stay away from the Quorn/tofu, and go for real veg.

If you're allowed +cheese, you don't have to go for Mozzarella... try Gruyere... Parmesan shavings after taking out of the oven...

Chilli, chilli oil on the side, etc., if you want a bit of a burn...

You have to serve it with a mixed salad, the composion of which is important and should contrast with (i.e. not repeat ingredients of ...) the pizza itself.
