i think the best weight loss method is to eat at meal times and eat lots of salad and healthy stuff, and to do some exercise. there's no easy way round it. but you get used to it in a couple of days and feel a lot better than when eating junk!

it is quite reasoned out actually, classifying things based on how easily used it is by the body. its an extension of something we have known for years - that raw processed sugar is quickly available energy, whereas bread is low burning. but it takes that and looks at all carbohydrate containing stuff and sees whats going on
