People with more active neurons in the brains making them more intelligent and because our consciousness and everything we think, feel is because of these neurons firing then our nervous system and neuron network is our soul. Because intelligent people have more neurons firing then we have more of a soul and are therefore higher forms of life than less intelligent people (thats why humans are above animals) and can lay judgement.

I think there's a very big difference between making a judgement and vocalising that judgement. You can't really help making - that is, thinking - judgements. It's not really a conscious thing, even if the reasons that lead you to whatever conclusion you arrive at are purely logical. Vocalising that with mal-intent is another thing entirely.

There's also a big difference with regards to context.

People do it naturally I think, but some are nice enough not to voice it
