Sutton Trust issue ...

Hi there people!
I've applied for the Sutton Trust scheme, ideally I want to study Economics + History at Oxford, or something similar elsewhere, meaning History was the best option for me to apply for (for the summer school). The problem being I have found out today, I applied for Cambridge summer school, however being for History, so not a problem there.

The issue being, when I come to apply, and place in my PS or elsewhere that I attended the Sutton Trust summer school for history which shows I was interested etc, does it look really bad if I went to Camb rather than Oxford? (I emailed the receptionist, however she was definately not going to switch my application to Oxford). What you think? That say if I get on, it doesn't matter where I went or does it really?....- It does look good either way, but don't want them to think I favoured Cambridge.
