Gender is something that is socially constructed, whereas sex is genetically determined.

How does a 'masculine' female look & behave? How does a 'feminine' male look and behave?
An example of a masculine female would be a big butch lesbian, and an example of a feminine male would be a really effeminate gay.

Masculine = Me
Feminine = Every other woman.

I deny it is a social construct. Gender is as much a part of the organism as sex is. The masculine gender has evolved to be everything that it is, and is not merely that way because of social pressures or socially defined identities.
Those that do not fit into the accepted gender roles are anomolies. The only reason for this gender denial is to make those that do not fit into the established roles feel better about themselves. Everyone knows how what feminine and masculine is, your question is rhetorical and not worth an answer.

masculine=have a cock or like fanny

Gender divides are certainly not just a social construct, although things along the lines of 'boys like blue, girls like pink' probably are.

However, estrogen and testosterone levels in growing children affect how we grow (chin width, etc) and it still affects us in terms of muscular growth and build-up. It has also been shown through people having a sex change that testosterone has a direct influence on aggression, etcetcetc. Blah, blah de blah. All in all, in conclusion, at the end of the day this shows that masculinity and feminity do have typical traits in terms of appearance and behaviour.

It's subjective. I'd say it was both.

What do you mean? That if testosterone is taken away it makes someone less aggressive and if it's added it makes them more aggressive?

Just that many women changing to men and taking testosterone hormones report feeling anger in frustrating situations more than when they... were 'women'.
