I did the obs on the ward I'm doing work experience on by myself after just one example by an HCA and I'm only 15, so I think that shows how much importance the obs are given :/
unbelievable ....
one of the greatest ironies in all the bashing of Nursing is that many Ward Managers and the vast majority of more senior Nurses were trained in the oh so wonderful traditional model of pre-registration preparation for practice ...
