Open Days at Durham University
Visiting a university on an open day is the best way to get to know whether it's the right place for you. At Durham's general open days you'll be shown around the different colleges and get to meet members of staff as well as see the facilities that are on offer.
General open days take place in June and July, while open days for those who have been offered a place on a course take place in March. Durham University’s website lists the type of visits available and the latest dates.
If you can't make it to one of the open days, you can take a self-guided tour of the campus, or be shown round by a current student.
For more information on open days, read The Student Room's guide.
