When I'm in an exam, I really panic, and I start to think about how I'm never going to get into the Uni I want and then I forget all my information. I feel like no matter how much time I spend revising it all just seems a waste in the end because of my nerves. I am resitting exams from last year, as I didn't get into my Firm or Insurance, tried to go through clearing, but couldn't find a course right for me.
Any tips on how to calm down during an exam or before? Also is it worth revising on the morning before the exam? Or will this just stress me out more. Thankyou.
