Thought I did really well on a summative exam, got really bad mark

Thought I did really well on a summative exam, got really bad markWell, I thought I did really well on an exam paper.
I got 40%, the bare minimum pass. Gutted.
No idea how it happened. Teacher won't tell me anything, I can't see the exam paper. Wouldn't be surprised if the exam had got mixed up with someone else's or something. What can I do? -
