PAIS Offer Holders 2016 & Accomadation

So I firmed Warwick after I got an offer for Politics and International Studies, anyone else in same situation?
Also, if so, what accomodation are you planning on applying for? And if there are some current students, which accomodations do you think are best for someone who wants a good social life but still wants to concentrate on studying?

Hey congrats on your offer. I'm a current first year student and doing the same course as you. I'm in Sherbourne and I'd really recommend it for social life and having an ensuite. The thing is everyone at Warwick is really smart so you don't have to worry too much about working because everyone will be just like you- focus more on deciding whether you're social life is more going out or staying in and watching movies for example. I'd recommend applying to Sherbourne, Rootes, Jack Martin, Arthur Vick and Cryfield if a social life is what you're after. Stay clear of Bluebell, Heronbank and Lakeside because those are the quietest halls

Thanks for the info! What are your thoughts on the course so far?

I've firmed Warwick for PAIS and French, for accomodation I'm thinking Sherbourne, Jack Martin, Tocil and Redfern. Any info on these places?

I've firmed Warwick for PAIS! With regards to halls, I'm slightly stuck myself. I was planning on putting Bluebell as my first choice and then Jack Martin, Arthur Vick, Rootes and Sherbourne. I want to be able to have a quiet hall so that I can study but I also want a social life with roomates that want to socialise. If anybody has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

The course is really great I felt like the first term was just a repeat of the AS year and then second term was just every ideology. Only thing I dislike is the fact that 2 of the 3 core modules are 100% exam based but apart from that it's been quite an easy year not as stressful as A2

I'm in Sherbourne now and it's really great. Nice community and everyone knows everyone so it's really sociable. Also feels like living in a hotel and it's nice not being so close to central campus. Redfern doesn't tend to be for freshers so check that out because this year it was only for final years

So Warwick only let you apply for 3 ensuites and either Jack Martin or Arthur Vick. I had the same mindset as you this time last year so I'd say apply for: Sherbourne, Jack Martin/Arthur Vick, Rootes, Cryfield, Westwood (but only if you're sure you'd be happy to live like 20 mins away). Bluebell isn't sociable at all I've noticed except the odd few flats but it's a risk
Hello everyone!
I also just got an offer from PAIS--DD program between NTU and Warwick. Does anyone know more about this program, and how is the feedback?
