Good university with a BTEC?

Hi I'm new here so sorry if there's any mistakes

I'm currently studying BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business and BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Law. I want to study Law at Newcastle university and will be looking to apply soon as I'm in coming to the end of my first year.
So far out of the 6 units we have done I have got all distinctions and am aiming for the highest grade possible D*D*D*.

I'm worried that BTECs are overlooked and seen as nothing compared to A levels.
Am I aiming too high hoping for Newcastle University? It seems like quite a worry for BTEC students feeling looked down on compared to A level students
Thanks in advance
