Depends on where you live really. Like a lot of people, I was near Beeston for my 1st year and Lenton for my 3rd year. Had a lot more fun in Lenton because I had picked somewhere closer to the city centre. Beeston was alright but quiet. Overall I think it's a fine place to live but depends on where exactly and what you are looking for.
