How many subjects should i take for my AS-Levels? (Minimum)

Hi guys !

I'm doing my AS-Level this year, Edexcel board. I wanted to know how many subjects are required to take for AS-Levels. Will it be alright if i take 3 subjects for AS-levels?

For most things 3 should be fine
3 is fine. I've heard that people have gotten into Cambridge with 3.

Some universities like LSE require 4 though. Try to do 4 if you can to keep your options open.
Would do 4 just for the extra points that will help you gain entry onto your chosen course

It goes without saying that you should try to have two 'facilitating' subjects, regardless of whether you're doing 3 or 4.

Everyone takes 4 normally so it doesn't really matter if they're hard or not. You might be at a disadvantage if you are planning on applying to top universities.
