It's not an age thing - they don't magically change at age whatever - but a foreskin thing. If yours is tight, then it's not going to get to C without some help regardless of your age.
So I've just read your comment, and another similar one, and now I'm a little worried since mine can't stretch around the head... I mean it's happened once, but it felt weird and tight, is this a big problem?
