Perhaps he knocked out a quick one beforehand to effectively deaden the sensation, so he could learn what worked for you?
I know its a bit of a joke, but some guys really dont have a lot of stamina, so their first couple of times really dont last long and nerves I think are more likely to kill the erection than delay ejaculation.
I am only guessing with all this btw.
