Check any junk or spam filters for emails that may have got lost. If you applied online then log in to SFE to check your application.
If that doesn't help then ring up SFE to ask if your application has been sorted out and when you'll get confirmation.
Hi there.
That really depends on when you applied, applications can take 6-8 weeks to process.
If you've applied some time ago I'd suggest calling us on 0300 100 0607 to have your app checked.
